Transaction Broadcast

I have some BCC on my bitcoin.com wallet. Yesterday i wanted to send some
BCC to an exchange. So far all i have is "Payment accepted, but not yet
broadcasted".

When i click on "Broadcast Payment" i get an error message saying "Could
not broadcast payment: error querying the blockchain".

Could you please explain what this means and how to deal with it.
