BITCOIN.COM did not send the bitcoin to my address after payment

Can anybody help me with this issue, after the credit card payment, i got the email said that the payment request was sucessful and the order was confirmed, but no bitcoin come to my address.

After i sent the email to support@simplex.com, i got an reply emial, the ticket has been created, when i click the ticket link, ask me to login, i do not have member how to login? i click regsiter, then unable to register. who can help me please.

Same thing with me, how long ago was it confirmed? mine was confirmed about 4 hours ago, still no bitcoin, my coinbase wallet doesn't even show a transaction pending or anything!?!?!

mine is 12hours ago, i am going crazy, at least they have to write something to us and tell us the processing is gong on.

Same as you guys, mine was only confirmed about 6 hours ago though. Seeing 12 hours makes me depressed :/ I've read other places that it could take 1-2 days? the only thing that brings me comfort is that they actually received the bitcoin, that makes me feel like I need to just be patient but the lack of communication sucks. Thanks and let us know if anything changes for you guys! Also was your receiving wallet coinbase? mine was, just curious if maybe its getting hung up on that side?..

more than 24 hours have passed and there is no sign of any bitcoins (confirmed or pending) on blockchain.info on my wallet.

and to add insult to injury, this is what i got in an email from simplex.com -

I mean is this a joke ? The blockchain.info is showing absolutely no transactions and these guys are saying that the bitcoins have already been delivered.

BTW, my wallet is bitfinex.

I doubt it's a ok joke. It's likely that there's an issue at Bitfinex or you account at there. Please contract support at Bitfinex.

I also have the same issue. Paid using card yesterday morning, and the Bitcoin value has not hit my wallet address.

I have also tried contacting 'simplex' (as they sent me a confirmation email) but no responce from them as yet. How long are ppl waiting before these Bitcoin go through??

Same here, for the record, its been approx. >36hrs (>1.5days) since my purchase of 0.0183 BTC (policy indicates the amount is locked from volatility once purchase/payment is confirmed) from Bitcoin.com via Simplex.

Simplex payment ID: c4fdfd58-af5e-43e5-8ad2-5990b796b907 purchased at around 14th Dec 2017 12:30pm (UTC+08:00) for 0.0183 BTC; which I expect to receive.

Emailed wallet@bitcoin.com, and Luke have been super helpful; just wanna give him credit for that.

I had cut and pasted and triple checked character by character the address and which wallet I was generating that address from, when I was making my purchasing.

Suspect it is a glitch in the Bitcoin.com coin delivery/payout system which coincided with the "No Network" issue recently? Maybe? Just speculating. :\

I haven't received my order from Simplex and its been over 48 hours. Also none of my address show the transaction in the blockchain.

My guess is they're needing to purchase Bitcoin themselves in order to fulfill their customers orders.

If your speculation is correct that would be terrible to say the least. Just after my order confirmation I also had the message "network error" for hours.

5 days later I received my bitcoin I purchased into my coinbase account. sucked to wait and I almost canceled but it's here now, good luck all.!

I used my address located on coinbase.com exchange during purchase. Do you know what will happen in this instance? Its been a few hours and nothing, no confirmation or decline email.

Will a coin purchase transfer to a wallet on a third party exchange upon purchase? Or do I have to send it to my bitcoin wallet first then send it to my third party wallet?

I purchased from bitcoin.com and set coinbase as my receiving wallet address, it took 5 days to receive my BTC but it finally worked, hang in there the waiting sucks cause its so bogged down right now.

My payment cancelled because of BTC rate changes (funny). But they still didn't refund the money back. So now I got neither BTC nor money.

There are two options here, either wait another 24 hours, or write to the salesperson about it.
