The market itself will be built by a consortium, in which the Estonian government will participate. The consortium’s first goal will be to establish an agency that will operate the market.
A for-profit company called TokenEST OU will operate the market; while a nonprofit organization called TokenEST SA will oversee and regulate it. The market will operate on the TokenEST platform; which TokenEST OU will build with help from an Australian blockhain company called LaborX Pty Ltd.
