Bitcoin not showing in bitcoin.com wallet after 2 days

Hello,

My name is Charles and I got into Bitcoin 2 days ago. Setup a bitcoin.com wallet (BCH) and ordered bitcoin thru simplex. I have cleared the cache
and hit the add address button 20 times and have scanned the address' for fund 10+ times. Below is a copy of my simplex receipt and a copy of
the blockchain info showing my receiving address. I sent an email to simplex yesterday but have not received a reply yet. I would appreciate any and all help.

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm in the same situation. I purchased BTC on Thursday afternoon and it is now Saturday morning and still no BTC in my wallet.

Although in your case at least you can see it on the blockchain. I can't even find my transaction on the blockchain. I received the same response from Simplex as you did. It seems that because of the large amount of transactions they are overwhelmed.

I am curious as to how long it will take for them to transfer the BTC as they have already charged my credit card. This situation is certainly not new if you check the Forum threads. Simplex has certainly caused frustration to a lot of customers when there are large volume of transactions.

I think I'll wait a little while longer and do a charge back if I'm no longer comfortable waiting.

I am in the exact same situation.

I do think I accidentally sent the BTC Funds to my BCH wallet, but I have followed the recovery instructions and it does not come up with anything.

My transaction does not show up on the blockchain either... Any help is appreciated.

I have tried Simplex about 4 times, and only get auto-responses back

"Due to the heavy spike in demand for bitcoin and other currencies recently, our liquidity provider is having delays in delivery of coins.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

However, rest assured your transaction has been approved and your bitcoin will be delivered to you soon!"

Its been over a day since and still no BTC

Update: I just received my Bitcoin in my wallet. Took 4 days.

Order was placed: Thursday midday
Order received: Sunday around 3pm
