I bought and approved bitcoin on Bitcoin.com on 14.12.2017 at 9:00 am (UTC + 3) with credit card. Bitcoin wallet has not been sent by bitcoin.com although it has passed 50 hours. I tried to get help from Simplex. They created tickets online at simplexcc.freshdesk.com. However, I have been sending mails to my mails automatically because they have been solved many times. At the same time bitcoin.com support maili I threw but still did not answer.
At the moment there is no action on blockchain.info.
No Tx ID, No Confirmation, No Pending, Also no bitcoin.
Can anybody help me with this issue?
