Can someone bring me up to speed with what is happening with Bitcoin?

Fri Dec 15, 2017 4:12 am

I get a little salty about thinking about this, but I had 2,000 Bitcoin on an old MacBook that I used for college back in I want to say 2010/2011, that I sold on Craigslist for about $300 after I didn’t need it anymore (lol) I hope the current owner of it figured it out and was able to cash out.

But every single feed on my social media is about the insane value increase of Bitcoin. I guess I never fully understood what Bitcoin was and why it was so valuable? I tried researching as much as I could, but I just can’t wrap my head around it.

Is it something worth dabbling in again? I feel like I may be too late into the game now?
