Wallet network error

i have a 2 day old message in my BTC wallet saying network error, i also had the same error on my iphone but 3 days old. So i deleted wallet on iphone only and tried to restore it and it also gives an error saying wallet is not registered at wallet service. is this my issue or a server issue.??

Please include as many details as you can and if possible a screenshot of the error message, thanks.

just checked my wallet and all is in order again. Thanks for the speedy response.

I'm facing this too right now, for the past 20 hrs or so.

Emailed wallet@bitcoin.com the following:

"I've been unable to access my wallet today, and the message "network error" kept popping up. I was directed to email you form the BitCoin.com forum.

I've also purchase BTC from BitCoin.com via Simplex, and the transaction have been confirmed about 20hrs ago + a separate email asking me to confirm if I have received the coins. However, till now it hasn't appeared in my wallet during one rare instance when the wallet actually successfully scanned for funds in the addresses.

Please help, and thank you so much for the assistance."

I can't access wallet today after receiving some bitcoin. Already sent e-mail to wallet@bitcoin.com

urgently need access to make payment.
