Did you use accidentally use your BCH (i.e., Bitcoin Cash) address to receive BTC (i.e., Bitcoin) when you made the purchase from Simplex?

And if I used accidentally my BCH address to receive BTC? It's reversible? Will the BTC enter my wallet anyway?

I bought bitcoin worth $300 + fees on Dec 14th 2017 at 12:50 PM IST. My credit card was charged immediately and i received an email an hour later to confirm if the order was executed successfully. However, there appears to be no transaction that simplex executed which i check on blockchain explorer. I have made two transaction in past which which were below $100 and they were successful.

I raised support tickets but haven't received a response yet. What should be the next steps?

Fingers crossed it will be in there by tomorrow. Just feeling a little bit anxious, because previously I get the coins relatively quick all the time once the payment is confirmed.

And I've double checked, and I have sent it to the correct address for BTC.

It has been 24 hours since my purchase of BTC via the BitCoin.com site to my BitCoin.com Wallet have been approved. Will give it another 24hrs before reporting to my credit card issuer to claim the amount paid back due to possible fraud.

Nope.. no coins and absolutely no response from support@simplex yet other than their automatic response.
Losing faith with purchasing coins via Simplex now.. :\
If this doesn't get fixed, I will proceed with contacting my bank to claim it back with their legal resources, and warn people everywhere not to use Simplex too, since if I don't get my coins at the agreed rate, I would have incurred a significant loss especially since BTC has went up quite a bit from the time my purchase was confirmed + especially if the BitCoin lightning and god forks are initiated.

It looks to me that Simplex is going to have a huge problem on their hands once everyone starts calling their card companies for dispute/charge backs. With these complaints don't you think Simplex transactions will simply be automatically rejected by VISA/MC. That's probably what will happen.

If i don't get my coins by tomorrow which is Monday in New Zealand, I am asking my Bank to pullback the charged amount if possible. I am a software dev and swear to god i'll do everything in my power to bring these Simplex guys down. Bitcoin.com should take little bit more responsibility as to who you are partnering with. Simplex have absolutely shit service standards.

Hi I need some help, I ordered some bit coin from bitcoin.co.uk and sent them what I thought was my wallet address on mycelium, but what I sent them was a qr code address when u click on recive! Will it be sent to that at code or will it just be lost? And if it’s not do I just need to scan that qr code with a different wallet qr scanner??

Its been 10 days since I pirchase bitcoins from bitcoin.com and try to contact simplex support without any responce it was 2 trasactions fir a total amount of $150 dollars and stil havent recevsive anything!!!!!!! This people are just acting like SCAM
I will involve the washington post in this matter so all the USA will not use this opage to buy bit coinsI will create a facebook page so all of us will be able to post our different situations.
