Did you use accidentally use your BCH (i.e., Bitcoin Cash) address to receive BTC (i.e., Bitcoin) when you made the purchase from Simplex?

It has been 24 hours since my purchase of BTC via the BitCoin.com site to my BitCoin.com Wallet have been approved. Will give it another 24hrs before reporting to my credit card issuer to claim the amount paid back due to possible fraud.Hi there, I am having the same issue.
19hrs now since approval + email to ask if I have receive the coins yet. :\
Fingers crossed it will be in there by tomorrow. Just feeling a little bit anxious, because previously I get the coins relatively quick all the time once the payment is confirmed.
And I've double checked, and I have sent it to the correct address for BTC.

Are you sure about that?...No response from wallet@bitcoin.com yet
It looks to me that Simplex is going to have a huge problem on their hands once everyone starts calling their card companies for dispute/charge backs. With these complaints don't you think Simplex transactions will simply be automatically rejected by VISA/MC. That's probably what will happen.Hi,
