I can't import my Bitcoin Cash Wallet into the bitcoin.com App

Hello guys

I created a Wallet with the bitcoin.com Wallet app. Now i tried to import the wallet on my windows computer. But its not working
I cannot import my Bitcoin Cash Wallet into the Windows App. It says:

Note: To import a wallet from a 3rd party software, go to a wallet -> Import Wallet and enter the recovery phrase

edit: i tried it with another android phone, still doesnt work
edit2: when i export the File then it works, just with the seed it seems it wont working
edit3: i made a new wallet, this works fine.. but i really want to know how I can import my old wallet with my seed..

I have the same problem within the app (delete a wallet before and try to restore it). An on my Macbook I can not create this wallet.
When the network is of: The error ocures no connection to Network.
When the network is on: Key already associated with an existing wallet.
But on my Mac I haven't recovered any wallet.
It looks like it is stored here https://bwscash.bitcoin.com/bws/api and the registration fails.

I've reported the same problem, seems like Bitcoin.com do not care about the feature to restore a wallet... even if they took great care that we backup the keywords.
