There's a very strange situation with my transaction

Wed Dec 13, 2017 12:25 pm

There's a strange situation with my transaction which is shown on chain.so and doesn't exist on blockchain.info

The transaction was made on Dec 09, 2017: https://chain.so/tx/BTC/73593d60184b653 ... 83154474d5

The same transaction on blockchain.info doesn't exist at all: https://blockchain.info/tx/73593d60184b ... 83154474d5

The time is ticking and the situation isn't changing.

When I tried to broadcast it on blockchain.info i got an error: Missing parents for 73593d60184b6539b4e3ecb69d62ccb99e52cfe9119118aba025f883154474d5 while inserting: [4b9a2635ab1ec63046912140650dbb8d17c09f28027f7824950ff8af898c0734]

Broadcasting on https://live.blockcypher.com gives me this error: Error validating transaction: Transaction 73593d60184b6539b4e3ecb69d62ccb99e52cfe9119118aba025f883154474d5 orphaned, missing reference 4b9a2635ab1ec63046912140650dbb8d17c09f28027f7824950ff8af898c0734.

This transaction goes from a cloud miner to me. I don't understand what's going on here. The miner says it's confirmed from their side and I just need to wait

My guess is that you are using hashflare.io for the cloud mining.

I don't know why the tx can't be seen in any other block explorer. It could be that they don't broadcast the tx and will mine it themselves at some point.
The transaction fee would be too low to get included by other miners at the moment.

Unfortunately I think your only course of action is to contact their support.

If blockchain.info rejects your transaction when you try to broadcast it, that means that their client considers your transaction invalid and it will never appear there (unless the whole blockchain changes in such a way that your transaction makes sense). This seems to imply that chain.so is either running different Bitcoin client software or is operating on a different chain. Both seem rather confusing, given that apart from your transaction the two sites are showing what appear to be identical history for those addresses.

I've sent several e-mails to their support (as well as to support@chain.so and support@blockchain.info ) but It takes them a long time to reply.

They have just posted that "Creating new Bitcoin withdrawal requests is temporarily disabled due to a very large number of unbroadcasted and/or unconfirmed transactions still pending on the side our our provider, block.io"

It looks like the tx has now accepted by the network.

My guess is that they do not broadcast the tx but mine them themselves and thus you will only see it once it had been mined.

I cant seem to make a new thread so will try posting here. I bought about 4000 dollars on this site of bitcoin just 2 days ago and the card was rejected. I still got charged. Im counting on a refund after christmas.
However, when I check my address on blockchain.info it shows about 4000 dollars worth of bitcoin leaving my wallet. Could somone explain what is goin on? By the way, i have 0 btc in that wallet.
Did my bitcoins from this site get sent to my wallet and then returned back to this site?
