30+ hours and i still havent recieve my bitcoin in my wallet.

Hi there im a first timer, i downloaded Blockchain app, and i used the wallet there, and then i searched around and ended up buying on the btc website with credit card thru simplex. Payment was approved and then another email asking me to confirm order recieved. I kept checking and still 0 bitcoin in my wallets. There are no options for bitcoin cash in blockchain app, so i just used the address under "request"

it shows no transactions at all.....

i followed the customer support's instruction (https://walletsupport.bitcoin.com/artic ... howing-btc)<--- this

but nothing happened, still 0, i want to know whats going on? am i able to get a refund? how much longer do i have to wait?

the simplex support seems automated, and it closed my ticket after typing in the steps..... pretty frustrated since its not a small order...

This is odd.
Even if the transaction has not yet been confirmed it should still be visible on the block explorer.

I would contact the simplex support.

It is now resolved, i see the BTC in the wallet now....

although its not really at the price i bought, but at least its all good now
