(1) Where did you purchase the bitcoin from?

(2) Did you accidentally use your Bitcoin Cash address to receive Bitcoin?

Are you using the Bitcoin.com wallet?

If so follow the below steps and let me know how you go..

Open the app and click on the 'plus' symbol next to 'Bitcoin Core Wallets'

Then select import wallet.

Then enter the 12 word recovery phase the app gave you when you installed it.
