I bought bitcoin at bitcoin.com's website, the simplex transferred to the correct address, but the wallet does not show the value and says the error in the update history.

Did you check if the address has received any Bitcoin on the block explorers?

I'm having the exact same problem. I started with the bitcoin.com wallet, bought bitcoin, I have an email saying everything went through, it even says the transaction went through blockchain, whatever that means, but still no funds in my wallet. I then tried to do it on my mobile phone, same thing happened. I'm SO confused.

(1) I have the Bitcoin.com wallet installed on several operating systems, including Windows 10.

(2) Bitcoin Cash is BCC (and more commonly abbreviated as BCH).

(3) Within you Bitcoin.com wallet you should see Bitcoin Cash Wallets and Bitcoin [Core] Wallets.

If you used a Bitcoin Cash address to purchase Bitcoin (i.e., BTC) at Simplex then please follow these instruction to recover your BTC:
