Hello. I'm sorry for my bad english. I need your help, yesterday i bought some bitcoins.
From simplex.com. I checked my addres 10 times and is all corectly, from blockchain and explorer show i received the payment, but when i enter on my phone to see it's showed only 0.00 BTC. can you help me please ?

Are you using the Bitcoin.com wallet?

If so follow the below steps and let me know how you go..

Open the app and click on the 'plus' symbol next to 'Bitcoin Core Wallets'

Then select import wallet.

Then enter the 12 word recovery phase the app gave you when you installed it.

If you're not using Bitcoin.com wallet let me know which client you're using.
