have not recieved my bitcoins

Bought bitcoins this morning, tried to purchase yesterday but the payment request was cancelled. I tried again this morning and the payment request from simplex was approved but I have yet not recieved any bitcoins, is that normal? how long does it usually take?

The Bitcoin (SegWit) network is currently congested and thus transactions can take much longer to confirm or might never confirm.

Check if the transaction to yout address has been confirmed using the block explorer.

If the transaction is not yet confirmed you can try a tx accelerator to get them confirmed quicker.
