Let's apply some social pressure to get a local government to start accepting Digital Signatures.

It's the year 2015, and so far I have spent several weeks, and over $1,000 trying to get a document notarized in Beijing for Santa Clara County's Recorders Office. It looks like I may end up spending as much as $5,000 to $10,000 to get a stupid Apostille in China for this. All of this time and money could have been saved if they would move into the twenty first century and accept digital signatures.
https://www.notarycam.com/ offers a great service, but the Santa Clara County's Recorders Office is refusing to recognize their digital signatures.

I replied all to the tweet to help, but yeah digital signatures should be accepted. They are behind on the times (just like most govt offices still pushing paper!).
