I am not sure in which way the list is created, as some of the OBVIOUS names are missing and some of the OBVIOUS not to have names are there, so very hard to buy into this list. Anyhow, I will certainly have DVLP somewhere, IF not in top 3. They have got everything you may wish to see in any upcoming ICO. It is amongst the rare ICOs that are based upon real life set in shape of Real Estate.
With investing into their DVLP Coin, it gives us the chance to receive an income based on Real Life assets, which are returned to us in a set duration time on our decentralized wallet. It is really amazing thing and benefits all involved.
