Investors of Mango Startups ICO To Receive Tokens From Future ICOs Launched By Portfolio’s Companies

Additionally, he confirmed that if InvertUP’s portfolio startups have outstanding profits, Mango Startups has a mechanism to distribute additional tokens as a ‘bonus’ to all Mango token holders.
If you collect more than the $1.0 million necessary to buy a share in the ‘InvertUP 16/17’ portfolio of 8 startups, how will the rest of the funds be allocated?
We see considerable interest in the project, and the funds raised could well exceed the original target of $1.0 million. The project team is ready to issue up to 30 million tokens with a price of $0.10 each. If the ICO reaches $3 million then we, together with our accelerator’s partners, will be able to invest in a total of 23-28 technology startups from Latin American countries, like Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay, Chile and Costa Rica. All these startups will be selected by InvertUP through its accelerator network (RETEI), which has a pool of more than 1,000 startups across the region. Only the best ones will get in the ‘InvertUP 17/18’ batch.
InvertUP selects promising startups with the intention of increasing investor interest in them through their program. What is the estimated valuation of the 8 startups already available in the portfolio?
Each of the 8 startups was valued on average at $1.8 million when Mango Startups began preparing for the ICO. Currently, many of the estimates are higher — the deals for the next rounds of investments for several of the portfolio startups have recently closed or are near to closing. The specially created Mango Startups SPV owns up to 18% in 8 startups. Accordingly, the overall estimate for the portfolio in which Mango Startups will invest exceeds $2.8 million, on the basis of the last valuations. It should be remembered that Mango Startups SPV will pay $1.0 million in exchange for up to 35% of this portfolio.
