12 confirmations yet haven't received BCH in my wallet

I had sent BCH from an exchange to my wallet. The transaction was confirmed (12 confirmations) 3 hours ago. Total time since transaction ~5 hours. The BCH still hasn't arrived in my wallet.

Received. It was taking a lot of time to send BCH. Not very BCH like. Thread closed.

I had the same issue last night. I sent BTC from Coinbase to my newly setup Bitcoin.com wallet. Evidently, this was a BCH wallet. Coinbase has verefied that the BTC was sent, however the BCH did not arrive in my wallet.

I did a second transaction to test, sending from Coinbase to my Bitcoin.com wallet, however this time i sent it into the BTC wallet. Same result.

Frustrated and confused. And a little scared.
