Unusual Issue with my Bitcoin.com wallet

Hi all,

I've had a Bitcoin amount of roughly 0.05 BTC for about two months now, and I wanted to withdraw some BTC to turn it into EUR €

Earlier in the day I put in two send orders of about 0.003 BTC and 0.004 BTC to go to other wallets I have, they are still 'sending' according to the wallet.

My wallet (Bitcoin.com wallet) says that at the moment I have no funds available, and I'm a bit worried. My Total is fine (0.045 BTC), but Available shows 0.00 BTC available, and the last part 'Confirming' again shows the 0.045 BTC. Specifically, underneath the 'Confirming' amount it says the 0.045 BTC has 'less than 1 blockchain confirmation' - why is this? I bought the BTC directly from Bitcoin.com via Simplex.

Can anyone tell me what's going on here? Will the funds come back into availability when the transactions have gone through and been confirmed on the blockchain? I am very confused so any help is appreciated! Thanks

Hello,

The 0.045 BTC you say that you have purchased may have been sent by them but just not confirmed on the blockchain yet.

Could you please email wallet@bitcoin.com with your problem and any screenshots that will help support assist you as quickly as possible.
