Is there a minimum to withdrawal?

I keep trying to transfer my funds from my Bitcoin.com BTC wallet to another wallet and it keeps giving me the insufficient funds notice. There's clearly funds in there, so my only conclusion was there a minimum in order to transfer? Searching FAQ’s proved to be unfruitful.

The Bitcoin (SegWit) network is currently congested and thus transactions fees are high.
If you only have a few dollars worth of Bitcoins it could be that the fee would be higher than what you own.
