Received 40$ of BTC. Can't use it

Hello,
i am new to cryptos and recently i sold sth for 40$ and got BTC. I have atm 0.002581 BTC on my wallet and it says:
" Amount to low to spend".
I already knew that there is a fee when doing a transaction but is it that big???

In other wallets for 40$ the fee is like 3-4 bucks. What's up with this one?

the wallet has a preset fee set to "NORMAL"
