insufficient funds?

I have enough in my account to pay for what i want to buy, but when i try to send it says i have insufficient funds. Maybe my funds are locked?

You must take into account the network transaction fee which must be paid on each transaction in order to ensure that it gets included in a block and propagated across the network. The network transaction fee will vary depending on the size of the transaction (note: this is not the amount of the transaction, but the size as determined by number of inputs [number of addresses the funds are coming from] and outputs [number of addresses the funds are going to, including any change addresses inside your own wallet]). If you wish to send the max amount you can with the fee already calculated you can press the three dot menu icon on the sending page and hit 'Send max amount'.

If the amount in your wallet is lower than the transaction fee required to send it you will not be able to send the funds until there is more BTC in your wallet with which to pay the transaction fee.

You can check the amount of addresses in your wallet with funds available and therefor the amount of inputs that will go into a transaction if you wish to send the total amount, to do this:

1) Go to Settings > [select BTC or BCH] > More Options > Wallet Addresses
2) Tap on "scan addresses for funds"
3) All the "unused addresses" and " addresses with balance" will now show up below
4) At the bottom it will calculate for you the approximate bitcoin fee needed to send the full amount in your wallet.

The Bitcoin Legacy (BTC) network can often get quite congested and it is not uncommon for the mempool to have 100k+ unconfirmed transactions waiting to be confirmed. This creates long transaction times and also much higher than usual transaction fees. This is dictated by the network and is unfortunately not under Bitcoin.com's control.

And this is exactly what I have done and it is not working.
I have 0.1545 BTC in my wallet.
I'm trying to send money and whatever teh amount I put in - it doesn't work - insufficient funds.
Then i id exactlty the process 3 dots and "SEND MAX AMOUNT" and it says insufficient funds.

When I try to send the money to MY OWN address within the same bitcoin.com wallet it calculates the fees just fine and allows me to send.
Please comment?

I have seen this a couple of times now so have already let the wallet devs know.

Today I got same the issue but after that, it shows the error message that INVALID ADDRESS for all the BCH addresses in the Recipient field.

I tried many times but still failed to send BCH from my BCH wallet to the BCH recipients.

Can anyone shed a light?
