Roger Ver | What exactly does Redundant text mean in a forum of free expression?

Mon Sep 28, 2015 4:34 pm

I am very confused as to why many of my posts in this forum are being modified & left with the message, "Hid redundant text found in every other post by this user".

First, this seems to be personal.

Second, It is a very rude comment.

Third, Bitcoin.com's forum is supposed to be FREE of 'any type' of censorship.

& Fourth, I am one of the biggest contributors to this forum in terms of posts & promotion.

I think that an apology is merited from 'magma'? I am highly insulted.

I find this really odd being Roger Ver has been so outspoken about other forums censorship?

I HAVE TAKEN A SNAP SHOT OF THIS POST SO DON'T TRY & DELETE IT.

DISCLAIMER: I WILL NOT BE BULLIED & WILL REMAIN STEADFAST IN MY EFFORTS.

Nobody censored any of your stuff.
The signature section of your posts were longer than the actual content of your posts, and lots of it was duplicate content from in-the-news/ section that already exists, so a moderator made it a bit easier to read.

We won't be censoring anyone, but we will have enough moderation to keep a clean and easy to navigate forum.

Please relax, we are all glad to have you here, and thank you for your participation.

Thank you very much for clarification. Roger you need to understand I do not get paid for any of my contributions in cryptocurrency as a whole. My writing at Bitcoin.com is free why I do quality articles not quantity. It's all from my heart & at times it is easy to feel unappreciated, but appreciation is not why I'm here as you already know. If that was the case I would have quit crypto years ago. I'm very dedicated & disciplined with a core goal of bringing awareness, adoption & adaption to Bitcoin & other cryptocurrencies, etc. For 2 straight years I helped build over 700 developments with little help from my peers & I continue to fight to build our community. I will limit my information at the end of my posts, I'm a marketer at best & those were my attempts to generate more traffic into our community projects. Talk to you soon bud. No malice, no hard feelings, just a guy who simply cares.

Hey LiteCoinGuy you know best bud your all over the forums. I cannot keep a post up on r/Bitcoin & The BitcoinTalk forum deletes 'every' post I publish. So it's important to a victim of censorship like myself to be able to speak freely & Roger's clarification of 'no censorship' is very comforting. TY for your response.
