Hello I need your Help About this Issue

It all happened that I registered on a wallet provider (luno) so I have been using them for my purchase of only bitcoins, I hardly send bitcoins to it, I only send bitcoins out of it, when I opened the account I copied my wallet address and pasted it in a site where I will be receiving bitcoins some months ago, as time flies I haven't used it for a while, then I decided to use it on the 1st Dec to receive bitcoins,
Bitcoins was sent to it and its not reflecting in my luno account I have checked it on blockchain and it showed received but its not in my account what can I do about it pals. I need help and suggestions please
