Its about purchase bitcoin from buy.bitcoin.com
It passed 24 hours, and still havent got that bitcoin in my wallet.
I paid with my credit card.
And simplex@support.com replyin my all emails with the same answer : " We apologize for the delay.

Your transaction is in the queue to be reviewed - our specialists will look into it as soon as it is possible. We kindly ask you to wait until your payment is checked. You will be notified via email once the decision on your payment is made.
"

What shud i do please i need little help about it.

Unfortunately the support staff at Simplex are the only ones that can help you with this as we have no control over the service they run.
They have been known to be a little slow on payments sometimes but don't stress they always come through.
