Issues with my bit.com wallet

I downloaded the bit.com through the android store. I recently won some money on Boavada, and had them send the money to my bit.com app.
In my personal wallet, I see the money. I went to a atm run by rockitcoin to sell my bitcoin.
I thought I was following the instructions correctly, however after two attempts nothing was transferred.
I'm a complete moron when it comes to this technology, and I'm wondering if I need to move the money to a different wallet.
This should have been an easy process. I've reached out to rockitcoin numerous times today. They only responded once, and are unreachable by phone. Any help would be appreciated.
