Want some advice on which ICO is the one to go for, I am looking at one called trade.io is this really an exceptional ICO like they claim?

I don't know about this one. You have to put a lot of trust when ico have promises and it looks pricey much - 1 ETH for 1000 tokens...
I came across of ico called bankera. They seem to be legit - I stayed in their chat for a bit - seems that people are positive about it, if you hold tokens, you get quite good commissions, they also have released new exchange and have other working product and runs them for 4 years or so.
Still waiting in line for verification, but seems to be good thing. And they got f.. Lon Wong in there team!!!!

I would encourage people who want to invest in ICO, to at least
1) join their community, engage with the team, see how the team manage and reply to questions
2) understand the high level of the projects

im not encourage you to get involve in any ICO outside, it seem to have problem soon....you just buy any coin that hold it until the right time then trade or just join any cloud mining pool.bitcoin.com
