Don't see transaction on my Bitcoin.com wallet

I have downloaded Bitcoin.com wallet app for my iPhone and bought BCH using my credit card and payment was confirmed and appeared in blockchain.com. However no money/transaction in my personal wallet to which transaction address belongs to.

Please help me on this as I am new.

Having the same problem.

You state that you bought BCH. BHC = Bitcoin Cash and I don't believe that Bitcoin Cash is available for purchase through the Bitcoin.com wallet. I believe that only BTC (Bitcoin) is available for purchase.

What you've likely done is send Bitcoin to Bitcoin address which is identical to your Bitcoin Cash address.

Is that what you did??

Got the same issue while restoring from 12 words... not sure this is working... pretty important!
