Money deducted - Bitcoins not received !!

why my payment request is declined ? ... the amount is already deducted from my credit card but no bitcoins been sent to my wallet ..

I have emailed support@simplex.com but no reply until now ... I do have the Simplex payment ID if it would help ..

please advise what should i do to get the bitcoins that i paid for it ??

The service on https://buy.bitcoin.com is provided by Simplex.com. If you have not received your bitcoins from them, or have any other issues regarding that service, please contact support@simplex.com.
