Mon Nov 27, 2017 8:52 pm

The HotCrypto ICO has just been announced and is scheduled to start on the 15th of December, with just 1.5 million coins available it looks set to sell out quickly.

They're launching a new cryptocurrency that will be used on their platform. The new platform will feature a lending platform that crypto enthusiasts have become used to recently. They state in their whitepaper that they plan to offer interest rates exceeding 1% per day.

The rise of Cryptocurrency and lending platforms

Crytptocurrency has grown massively during this year, Bitcoin is now approaching $10,000 per coin. Many investors are now on the look out for the next big coin. Many of the coins launched recently are getting started with an ICO (Initial Coin Offering). This offers the founders behind the platform the chance to raise initial funds for their project in return for distributing their tokens to investors.
Many investors have made huge gains with ICOs this year, with cryptos as popular as Ethereum launching via this method.
One of the most popular token sales recently has been lending platforms. These projects claim to use advanced trading bots that trade the cryptocurrency markets and in return for raising additional funds to trade with they offer high interest rates that are generally around 1% per day.
Bitconnect was the first to launch with an ICO, with their coins initially available for just $0.5, they've since seen the price explode to $300 each, this has offered investors 600x gains.

Many of the recent platforms have followed pretty much identical lending plans, this one differs slightly. They plan to offer 4 different options which all release your capital after 90 days. Once you've selected your loan you'll receive interest paid daily into your wallet.

[*] $100-$1,000: You'll receive 40% interest per month with a 5% bonus on your capital.
[*] $1,010-$5,000: You'll receive 40% interest per month with a 10% bonus on your capital.
[*] $5,010-$10,000: You'll receive 40% interest per month with a 15% bonus on your capital.
[*] $10,010-$100,000: You'll receive 40% interest per month with a 20% bonus on your capital.

This means that if you're lending $20,000 for example then you'll actually be credited with a $24,000 loan.

HotCrypto ICO Details

The token sale is scheduled to run from the 15th of December until the 31st. The price will initially be just $0.5 per token and will rise after each 100k tokens have been sold until it reaches $4.70. This basically means that early investors will of made a profit before the sale is complete.

Advantages of the platform

[*] The new platform will use an Ethereum based token, this means that you'll definitely receive your token after the token sale and it should be listed on EtherDelta straight away. The team behind the platform also state that they'll be listed on many other exchanges.
[*] Their lending options are also unique and seem to offer better rates than many of their competitors whilst still remaining realistic.
[*] The team behind their project also have big plans to expand in the future, more details can be found in their whitepaper.

Conclusion

All of these types of token sales are risky so please don't invest more than you can afford to lose. However many investors have made huge profits with the lending platform ICOs recently, Hextracoin and Regalcoin recently started trading for $30 per token during their first week.
The price of these types of tokens seems to quickly increase as the platform starts and gains trust among investors.
by combining the lending platform with the expected increase in the value of the tokens it should be possible to make huge profits, especially if you manage to get in early at the low price of $0.5
