Wallet not registered

Hi,

I recently installed the bitcoin.com wallet and naively put a large sum of money into it. The wallet is installed on my iphon, however, I am unable to 'send' my bitcoins out and always get an error message.
( wallet not registered)

Now, when I open the wallet for majority of the time, the wallet says: "Wallet Not Registered." And its show my bitcoin cash blance 0,74 but the recent history not show Bitcoin cash deposited.

I have tried exporting my wallet by downloading the bitcoin.com wallet on iphone, and typing in my 12 words but nothing happens in the app.

I al totally stuck withe my funds now ,,,

If anyone help me please really appreciate

Now i cant send funds , when i go to send option, i cant put amaount to send , and cant put wallet to send ... please help me sir
