I have a blockchain.info wallet
I have some btc there, how can I trade some of it for bch?
Firstly you will need a Bitcoin Cash wallet to send the BCH to, if you don't already have one you can try the Bitcoin.com wallet as that can support both BTC and BCH currencies.I have a blockchain.info wallet

No shouldn't take too long at all. Thanks! I downloaded the mobile app for bitcoin com wallet. Is it normal that it takes so long in the "creating wallet" loading screen? Going on a few minutes here
Ok great, if you are trading BTC for BCH then you MUST enter your BCH address as the address you wanf to receive the Bitcoin Cash to and the "refund address" is where you enter your BTC address should anything go wrong with the transaction and they need to return your BTCAlright, I just tapped the screen and it worked. Im on shapeshift now, so for the destination I entered my new address from my new bitcoin com wallet. But what is "Your Bitcoin Refund Address"? Is that where I enter the address from my blockchain info wallet?
Please follow up with Shapeshift.io regarding why the amount was returned, they are a different company to us so i unfortunately cannot help you with that.Oh never mind, apparently it didn't go through - I just checked my blockchain info wallet and the amount was returned. hmm
