I send from BTC.COM wallet, not bitcoin.com

Hi, you won't need anything from BTC.com

You sent BCH from Btc.com to BTC address in your Bitcoin.com wallet but it could only be sent to BCH address which has the same address as the BTC address you sent to.

Your BTC private key is the same for the BCH. Two chains, same keys.
