buy/sell in different currencies

Hi,
I just got home from being overseas for quite the time. Mostly travelled around and got some spare money from jobs.
I'm looking to transfer this money to my own account now.
Is it possible to buy Bitcoins in $ and later sell them in € onto a different bank account?

I think it'll be easier for you to go to an exchange service. It may be slightly more expensive in some cases, but it'll save you a lot of time and effort. If your foreign finances are in a bank account, I guess you could send them around and buy bitcoin using a site like localbitcoins, and then sell your bitcoin for some euro.
