Receiving BCH for over 24 hours

I exchanged ethereum for BCH using Changelly, and the correct amount was sent to my correct bitcoin.com wallet address (12jjFEVVnPoLg498imxgmuF8aeYAnUc5n6), but the confirmation is not happening. Depending on when I look at the transaction it will show anywhere from zero to nine confirmations.

Why is this happening? Did something go wrong with the transaction? Is there anything I can do to speed up the confirmation process?

I can see that the address you quoted in your first post has received 1 transaction so far and the amount of 2.70127734 BCC/BCH is still sitting in that address waiting to be spent
