This is my story, most probably the story of a stupid guy, but always there something to learn.
Maybe this will help other people to not make my mistake.
I made order #10466W on bitmainmasters.com on 25 August 2017. Here you have the invoice : https://imgur.com/a/fk9Pn
I ordered:
1 x Antminer D3
1 x Antminer S9
1 x Antminer L3+
You will ask, why you was so stupid to buy from bitmainmasters.com ? At that moment there was not any option to buy from BITMAIN.com
so i look for alternatives.
From the begening they look strage to me so i asked for some prove so they sent me a paper with the company creation details and also they
give me option to pay in they bank account at Bank of America. I considered that this is a good validation.
This response was sent to me by Peter Finnegan ( Managing director of sales office )
Hi .....,
we understand your doubts however earlier we have provided you the registration number and number of the taxpayer. We don't hide that we the young company and quite recently work at this market.
In the attached file you can see registration confirmation of our company in the State of Florida.
You have to understand that we can't provide internal documents of the company to the client who didn't work with us earlier.
We can't be also sure that money of your company is received in the lawful way and that in awaking we will have no problems with your company from the federal authorities of the USA.
Your payment is coming to our bank account in Bank of America, that bank working with legal companies only. Our reputation is very important for us and we always fulfill liabilities to our clients.
If it for you not enough that to you is in that case better to look for other supplier.

Anyway, i paid the order around 8000 USD and they received the money, confirmed the payment and told me that can't activate the order
because they received less 26 USD, so this difference i paid in with BITCOIN because was fast.
So after payment confirmation i sent 4 email to ask for term of delivery and finall i received the next response :
Your order will be shipped between 25-30 September.
Thank's for your patience.
On 14 September 2017 i received the next email :
Hello ......,
Your order is in processing and will be shipped between October 1-5.
Thank you.
I asked for a reason and surprise :
Dear .....
With regret we tell you that in the last party of Antminers malfunctions in operation of chips have been found. Therefore Antminers have been withdrawn on manufacturer for check and elimination of malfunctions. Now we expect a new batch of the equipment which has to arrive on our warehouse between November 15-20. Therefore your order will be delivered with express delivery within 10 days. Date of arrival of your order between November 20-30. We apologize for this delay and to compensate your expectations we provide you a discount of $200 for the following order. The coupon number on a discount will be corresponds to number of your order. For receiving a discount just specify number of the previous order in the form of new inquiry.
We very appreciate our customers, and the trust put in our company. We hope for further favorable cooperation with you.

I asked for a refund and reponse was next :

In this stage i made a request to my bank account to contact their bank on the bank channel and refund my money and the reponse from the BANK OF AMERICA wa sthat they can't contact the client.
I decide to give one more chance so i receive another therm :
Your order will be shipped between Nowember 20-30.
Few days ago i sent the email to ask when i will receive the producs ant response was :
We expect a new batch of Antminers before December 20-30. Your order will be shipped between January 1-10. We once again apologize for this delay. For the compensation your inconvenience we will provide you a good discount in future orders.
I found one more site which look almost the same : https://bitmain-alliance.com/
I believe https://www.bitmainmasters.com/ and https://bitmain-alliance.com/ is the same working schema.
Seems that they prepare another site continue this "work", finding stupids like me and take their money.
I removed from their emails my name because is private but I will offer all the details, conversation, proof of payments to the authorities.
There is just my mistake because i accept to work with this kind of guys but for you is not too late.
