Transfer never received

I sent .0139 bitcoin to a friend and he never received it. WHY? The address is 100% correct. How do I fix this?

I have a same problem with you and even more serious problem. I sent my bitcoin to my friend's Luno wallet with 100% correct address. But he did not receive it and even can't find any transaction from blockchain explorer. When I want to check my transactions history,it all gone and my balance become 0 as well. I have email support but never reply.
