Bitcoin Cash transaction not received on Bitcoin.com wallet

HI,

yesterday i created a new wallet for bitcoin cash on the ios app "Bitcoin.com Wallet".
For testing purpose i wanted to send a small amount of Bitcoin Cash to the new wallet.
But instead of the amount i entered in the Coinomi Wallet the amount which was sent was much higher! (i wanted to send 0.076 and 0.36.... have been sent)!
But the worst is, that I scanned the address of my Bitcoin.com Wallet but the address to which the 0.36...have been sent was different! So i never received my 0.36.. Bitcoin Cash on my Bitcoin.com Wallet.
I am a little bit confused because like mentioned i scanned the Qr-Code of the Bitcoin.com Wallet and then its sent to the wrong adress!!??
Can someone here help me to figure out this issue??

I'm not familiar with Bitcoins cash, but it should be same as Bitcoin.

You have 1 BTC in your account. You want to send 0.1 BTC to your friend. It will send 0.1BTC to your friend address. And rest of the funds (0.9BTC) will be moved to a new address. And of course you have full control of this new address. It doesn't keep rest of the funds on the old address.

Is that your problem?

I am not 100% sure if that is my problem
I think the scanning of the qrcode in the coinomi wallet app was causing my issue..
I found this post on coinomi's Support page

I also already got feedback from coinomi support - they said my coins have been received by shapeshift...
I only have to figure out now how to get them back from shapeshift....
