Anyone with Genesis Mining; Is this normal?

Hi all. I wanted to invest some cash in could mining and started researching companies. Genesis Mining seemed to have a credible operation so I have decided to make a purchase 2 days ago investing quite large sum of money into what they said to be available right way which is Ether mining. The website clearly states the mining would start the same day. Well, after I got the confirmation emails from that that my contracts were fully paid nothing happened. No activity in my control panel at all that anything is running. Nor I have received any instructions, welcome emails, etc...

I was wondering if this is normal? The support website does not have any phone numbers or live chat options. I have created 2 tickets but no response so far after 2 days. Anyone here actually have contracts with them? I appreciate it if you have any suggestions.
