unspent,confirmed transaction stuck

Hi dear members ..
I have a problem with confirmed,unspent and stuck transaction.

I suppose thid transaction that is stuck with my seller.

My question is .. is it better for me to wait or is there any chance to retrive it back?
I dont know and dont understand what are my options.


I have read about retriving it back and it seems soooo comlicated.
Now, when the price of Bitcoin is up and BitcoinCash is down I would like to have it back on my BCC account..

Please advise me what to do.

If that's bitcoin which you sent to someone then they now have complete control of it. The only way that something like a refund would be possible is if you can convince them to send the bitcoin back to you. There is no other way unless you used an escrow service and they are holding the bitcoin.

Now that I have the answer I see that the question was noobish..when you wrote thata i need to contact, some service, did you meen that I need to contact excnge like Shapeshift? I have bought from my Coinomi ..

I will see what I will do and I will post what heppend to transaction for others to know..
