Hello everyone.
So the problem is, 3days ago for the first time I decided to buy some coins. I downloded wallet and from there went on to buy some coins with my card. Strange thing was that I tried to do it for like 4 times, becouse it would telll me that "Long time has passed since you started" even tho i tried to do it as fast as I could, on the last time I got that same mesage after I did all my credit card infor and acepted the purchase from my bank. Money was taken from my bank but I havent recived any coins and that happened 3 days ago. The amount was 120 euros with fees if im not wrong it was 133 euros. I also wrote help and support 2 times since then and havent got any info from them.
Please let me know how to act from here.
