Since the end of August this year, the international blockchain market has experienced the twists and turns. Due to strong control of China’s government, blockchain market collapsed and the price of Bitcoin, the leading cryptocurrency, dropped from 30000 RMB to around 17000RMB. But bitcoin was expected to be bullish by international market, so the price of bitcoin rose from 17000 RMB to currently 50000 RMB. Is the market fell suddenly the behind which rose suddenly madness of the investment of token market or the future of blockchain technology is beyond measure?
I think the reason includes the both. From one hand, it has already proved its value to the public when developing to a certain degree. It is normal for people to invest for the sake of its value of the future. From the other hand, increased investment is good but over-increased investment leads to waste. The total value of bitcoin now has occupied 60% of total value of all tokens. Bitcoin has begun to improved and perfected its market system but, in general, it is only a drop in the bucket. Bitcoin may continue to rise after that but callback may not be too late. The development of market is not always in its perfect condition, and for that, it needs to take a break from time to time.
The investors in bitcoin might have the feeling that the fluctuation of bitcoin market is quite common. Compared with some traditional industries, we can find out that the development of blockchain is rapid, and not only the quotations of all tokens but also the development of scenario application.
Less than ten years, from the statement of unknown to public, to be in the adulation, blockchain develops faster than the internet. Everything indicates that blockchain is gradually merging in our society.
