BTC -> XMR via Shapeshift and it's gone! :(

I used Shapeshift to translate some BTC to a wallet at http://www.mymonero.com. It was somewhat challenging to arrange the transfer with having to locate and input both receiving addresses and return addresses.. I finally figured it out and wanted to give it a trial go, so I sent $20CAD worth of BTC to Shapeshift with the intention of sending it onward to my monero wallet. I copied and pasted what I thought were the appropriate keys. I'm not sure what happened, but the funds are lost out there somewhere and I wonder what I did wrong. I tried again only sending $10CAD worth and that transaction made it fine. How do I discover what happend to my initial exchange? Can some one help me track this? Where is the Blockchain? Help! You can lookup XMR transactions on: https://moneroblocks.info/

If the funds have yet to be sent or received please contact the Shapeshift support team with your order number.

If you filled in your recovery address and send your money to a correct address, your money are not lost.

Also it might take a few hours sometimes, before all transactions are processed.

BTW ShapeShift is legit, not a scam. So you don;t have to worry about that.
