problem with receiving BCC

Hi guys,

I have changed my NEM coins to bitcoin cash with changelly.com
I have downloaded the wallet from bitcoin.com , but I noticed later that I didn't activated the BCC access my wallet when I make the wallet
and now I didn't received my BCC to the wallet... how I solve this problem? How I activated BCC access in my wallet?

but when make new wallet the receive address is different than first wallet address !!!

Was the address you gave Changelly a BTC address from your Bitcoin.com wallet?

If so this may help:
Please follow these instructions to recover your BCC:

1. Press home in bottom left 2.+ sign in top right
2. Create personal wallet
3. Turn on Bitcoin Cash
4. Show advanced options
5. Change “Random” to “Copy from wallet”
6. In “choose wallet”, chose your BTC wallet.
7. Make sure “testnet” and “Single address wallet” are turned OFF.
8. Create wallet

You could also try importing the 12 word phrase.
