Bitcoin not received

Joined bitcoin this morning and purchased bitcoin just before 10am today. I checked with Simplex and they confirm payment has been made but no sign of anything on my wallet three hours later. Can someone help?

Nothing yet. I opened up he bookchain app and put bought some on there and it just went through within a minute so not sure what the problem is on the bitcoin app. Keep me posted on your own progress! Just need to know where my bitcoin went!

I signed up and purchased just 30 mins ago

bitcoins were received to wallet within 15 mins

id give it till tomorrow then maybee contact support
i know few ppl saying same issue and thats its probably got to due to the number of requests their getting
