Bitcoin.com bitcoin not received

Hi guys,

I am just wondering if there is an estimated time on bitcoin transfers.

I made to purchases last night .
One went through no problems. It landed in about 4 hours.

the second never made it.

The money was withdrawn from my bank account and says “authorization pending”.

I received a confirmation email from simplex asking me to confirm receiving the funds.

It has been 15 hrs now , I’ve emailed simplex and all they tell me is “rest assured you will receive your coins”

Is there a way I can check the progress?

Unfortunately Simplex are the only ones that can help you here, we have no control over the service they run.

When the price spikes most exchanges experience backlogs.
I have heard of Simplex being a little slow to send some transactions in the past but have never know anyone to be ripped off by them, they are a reputable company.

I was going to type the same question too. But you beat me to it, but mine just been little over an hour after purchase.
It makes sense that the servers are really busy with all the commotion with the price increase per Bitcoin.
just gonna have to wait a little longer.

36 hours after i bought $2000 worth of bitcoin, i still didn't receive anything in my bitcoin wallet.

I mailed support@simplex.com - no answer.
I commented on one of their Facebook posts - i got my comments deleted and i cannot comment on their page anymore!

In 36h, the bitcoin price went up 10%!
Because of them, i obviously lost that too!

I'm calling my bank now to cancel the transaction and mark Simplex as fraud!

I will also file a lawsuit against them, very very soon.
