Everytime I try to buy bitcoins, I keep getting this error message: "Your phone could not be verified. Please provide another number"
Trouble is... I keep entering in my number correctly. But what's the format of entering the number? Could you help me out here?

Are to you receiving any SMS/Call with a verification code or can't even reach that stage?

What country are you in?
You will have to add the country code before your phone number including mobiles numbers, maybe also make sure that the country you are purchasing from is on the list of accepted countries.

I am not really sure but most just try a couple of different formats until one works, try take out the spaces

Can you see any "support" links on the page? If not please contact Simplex as they run the service for us and are normally the only ones that can help out with purchasing related questions.
