Bitcoin/Altcoin Faucets for Beginners

Sat Oct 28, 2017 7:31 am

There is so much to learn about cryptocurrencies and when I was starting out I was constantly feeling like I was missing out. I wished that I would have known about faucets in my early days so that I could have started collecting cryptocurrencies without any risk as I learn more about them.
A faucet is basically a website that will provide you with free cryptocurrencies in exchange for a small task such as a captcha, shortlink, or watching an ad. While the payouts are small the tasks usually take less than 1 minute. This is great way to begin with cryptocurrencies, gain some experience with wallets and other software, and finally earn some crypto.

Here are a few of the bitcoin/altcoin faucets that I find to be the best. With the moon faucets all you need to do is create an account and claim the reward once a day. You can claim the reward more often for higher payouts or simply close the browser and come back tomorrow. The free cypto continues to increase even when you leave the site. These are the easiest faucets to use and require the least effort.

If you really like the idea of faucets then faucethub is a great place that has tons of faucets for all different types of cryptocurrencies. While this takes a little more time the overall payouts are better and you can collect more types of coins.

Overall, faucets provide you an easy way to get in the cryptocurrency game without risking too much. There is so much to learn so I would advise starting slowly and risking more as you learn more.

If anyone knows of faucets that function similar to the moon faucets, have extremely high payouts, or wnat to post referral links to start a chain please feel free to post. Also if you have any questions or comments concerning faucets please discuss.
