How to get Bitcoin Gold from private keys?

So I held BTC in my Exodus wallet during the hard fork. When will the BTG tokens be available to people like me? seems their web site is down right now.

And how can I claim and get my tokens? I plan on doing this:

1) Send the BTC I do have in the exodus wallet to an exchange
2) Export the private keys from exodus
3) Import the private keys into a wallet that does support BTG
4) See the new BTG there and send it to a different exchange.

And what if i selling it now i will still have chance to get BTG because i had my Privte Key ?

If you have Bitcoin Gold then you already have it so don't worry about it going anywhere. Moreover, be careful of scams. Wait for a secure Bitcoin Gold wallet which you'll likely be able to download (perhaps in November) at https://btcgpu.org//.

As for your 1 thru 4 you've got the general idea but you don't have to specifically send your coins to an exchange.

Hi Akaa,

I believe that the fork occurred at some point during the 23rd of October (2017). At least that was the date here in the USA (perhaps it was already early morning of the 24th in places such as, though not limited to, Japan). If you had Bitcoin at the time of the fork then you will also now have Bitcoin Gold.

This is what I'm trying to find out. I had BTC during the fork. So where is my BTC? I need to claim it, get it, and move it. How do I do that? Has the tokens been released yet or do we have to wait until after Nov 1 when the tokens are made publicly available? Are people able to see BTG in private wallets like Coinomi now and send it out if they want or is that on hold until Nov 1 like I said?

If you had Bitcoin at the time of the fork then you will also now have Bitcoin Gold.

The split was planned and i believe took place at block 491407

With the Bitcoin.com wallet you hold the private keys to your bitcoins. We will not support the Bitcoin Gold fork directly, however as you control the private keys to your bitcoins when using our wallet you will be able to export those private keys using the Settings > [Your Wallet] > More Options > Export Wallet function. As we will not be supporting Bitcoin Gold directly it's unlikely that we'll be developing any tools to recover Bitcoin Gold but as long as you have your private keys you will be able to use them in whatever tools are made available to recover coins from the new forked chain.
